Slightly different type of post here...thanks to Chinazor of Blushes and Dimples Blog for the tag, I need to do more posts like this. So i'll try as much as possible to keep this a short post. Here we go..
BLOGGING IS NOT CHILD'S PLAY!
Ha!!! Chimo!! Blogging is not as easy as you might think.. Creating looks: for someone who doesn't wear (a lot of) makeup in her everyday life.. iris tough my breden. /If you see me outside , you may be disappointed! Then doing reviews, swatching...can I get a minute silence for all the makeup wipes
taking 200 pictures, only to find that your eyeliner is bent or your eyebrows are not corresponding...then you have to start all over again...yes it can pain...
Blogging is not child's play..and it turn has made me realize no job or even hobby is easy..it is passion that drives one...
KEEP LEARNING
Blogging has taught me that you have to keep learning..there is so much out there to learn and one can never know it all..blog photography, learning about content , easier ways to fleek eyeliner etc..in the search to provide your readers enjoyable content, one has to open up and learn along the way..
LITTLE THINGS COUNT
Blogging has also taught me that it is the little things in life that count the most..
See, it is not the freebies you get as a blogger, or the cool events you are invited to, or your page views, or the number of comments under one post... it is the little things like a follower sending you a "where have you been, you don't even post anymore"mail, or a blog reader sees you at an event and says " see my eyelashes, shebi I glued them well..i read your tutorial" those are things that make you stand up, and type away even if you have had a stressful day, have had to deal with stressful people and situations, had to insult people on the road "baba shey e riran ni?!!"loool
It is the little things that count!!
